United Arab Emirates: Daman launches mobile agency service for the elderly – News



A new service offering comes in cooperation with the Ministry of Health – Abu Dhabi

In cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Health, the National Health Insurance Company – Daman has launched its mobile agency service Lain Endaak (We’ll Reach You).

The new provision allows seniors and determined people to access Daman’s services. With agency services typically offered in physical and virtual (Hayakom) branches, the mobile vehicle visits these clients by appointment to enable them to manage their accounts and request new services from the comfort of their own homes.

This initiative reinforces the sustained efforts of the Ministry of Health to provide each segment of Abu Dhabi society with the highest standards of accessibility to quality healthcare, in line with our vision and global best practices.

The new service is in line with the guidelines of the wise leaders of the United Arab Emirates and the vision of the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Health to provide integrated and inclusive health insurance and care to all members of society.

Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hamed, chairman of the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Health, said: Global best practices.

“Daman’s resolve to continuously create an improved customer experience through the implementation of unprecedented innovative solutions is greatly appreciated by the department. These services help seniors and determined individuals overcome the main challenges they may face in accessing physical or virtual branches. This service also allows them to better manage their health insurance business and overall access to healthcare, in the comfort of their own homes. This considerably improves their quality of life and their experience, ”he added.

The launch of the new service follows Daman’s successful introduction of a series of innovative initiatives, aimed at facilitating seamless access to the service to all segments of the community. This includes the recent launch of the Hayakoum virtual agency service, which enables more than 2.5 million subscribers to obtain virtual services without visiting the company’s branches.
