He added that ADNOC’s In-Country Value (ICV) program, launched in 2018, has helped create more than 3,000 jobs for highly skilled and skilled citizens in the private sector, noting that the program was later implemented. implemented nationwide, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.
