Rohit Joshi has joined as Executive Chef of the Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, he has been honing and excelling in the culinary field since 2006. He graduated from the Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Pune.
Joshi will lead the culinary team and be responsible for pricing, cost planning, budget analysis and curation of innovative menus at the four restaurants at the Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield Hotel.
In his previous roles he has been associated with other Marriott properties like JW Marriott Sahar and JW Marriott Juhu. Before that he was associated with brands such as Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
With his extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and global culinary experience of luxury hotels and restaurants, Rohit Joshi will be a valuable asset to the Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield Hotel. He plans to introduce a range of new fare with local flavors and fresh ingredients to create a brilliant dining experience for guests.
