Minor Hotels unveils plans for the first NH Collection in the UAE – Business Traveler

Minor Hotels has announced plans for a new NH Collection property in Dubai. This is the first NH Collection property to be announced in the United Arab Emirates.

The 46-story mixed-use Sidra Tower on the emirate’s Sheikh Zayed Road will house the NH Collection La Suite hotel in Dubai.

The property will be operated by Minor Hotels from the first quarter of 2023 and will undergo a full refurbishment before launching with the NH Collection flag later in 2023.

The 265-room NH Collection La Suite Hotel will include rooms and suites as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The hotel will also include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, kids’ club, meeting spaces, gym and recreation areas, and retail areas for rent.

Open since 2010, the Sidra Tower currently includes offices, retail and restaurants. It is close to the residential area of ​​Dubai Marina and Media City, and is approximately a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.

The NH Collection La Suite Hotel, Dubai is owned by Ali bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, founder and chairman of ABK Investments and Ali and Sons Holding, an Emirati family conglomerate.
