Italian Designer Giorgio Armani put on a flamboyant show in Dubai on Tuesday night, with a stellar guest list to match. The Golden Visa Program began in 2019 and grants a 10-year residency in recognition of special contributions to the country. Armani was awarded the UAE Gold Visa by Major General Mohamed Ahmed Al-Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residence and Foreign Affairs.
