Iranian industry minister to visit UAE and Oman later this month

Iranian Industry Minister Fatemi Amin will visit the United Arab Emirates from February 6 to 8 leading a large trade and economic delegation comprising representatives of the private sector as well as representatives of government organizations, according to the report. Director General of the Arab and African Department of the Iranian Trade Development Organization (TPO) Farzad Piltan.

Piltan added that the trip to UAE aims to visit Dubai Expo and participate in a business meeting with Iranian businessmen living in the UAE as well as businessmen from different countries living in Dubai. .

He added that Fatemi Amin will also meet with UAE government officials and representatives of the UAE private sector.

According to the TPO official, the Iranian minister will travel to Oman from February 8 to 10 to participate in the Joint Commission of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Sultanate of Oman leading an economic and trade delegation.

Piltan recalled that the two countries of Iran and Oman should discuss economic relations, especially in the fields of investment, trade, industry, mining, air and maritime transport and transit, energy, technical services and engineering, tourism, culture as well as judicial, consular, labor and health issues at the 19th meeting of the Joint Commission.
