WARSAW, October 26, 2021 (WAM) – Polish President Andrzej Duda received the credentials of Dr Iman Ahmed Al Salami as UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland, at the Presidential Palace in the Polish capital Warsaw, in the presence of several Polish officials.
United Arab Emirates envoy conveyed greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to President Duda; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates, and their wishes for the continued progress and development of Poland.
The Polish President, in turn, returned his greetings to the leaders of the UAE and his best wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of the UAE.
He also wished the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates every success in her tasks of strengthening bilateral relations in various fields, stressing his country’s readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate its tasks.
Dr Al Salami, in turn, expressed his pride in representing the UAE in Poland and his concern to strengthen ties in a way that helps to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two countries.
During the meeting, they explored ways to develop cooperation, especially cooperation opportunities related to Poland’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai to realize the aspirations of countries and peoples.
