Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel of Dubai Holding, has announced that it will open on Thursday October 21 and Friday October 22.
The opening weekend celebrations will take place at the spacious Ain Dubai Plaza. Doors will open at 2 p.m. on Thursday where visitors can look forward to a plethora of family entertainment and free-for-all activities with 12 food trucks and more from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
From 8 p.m., DJ Dany Neville will play a set on stage, which will also be played in cabins for guests on horseback, accompanied by several light shows that will take place throughout the evening. The official opening celebration will begin at 8:30 p.m. with a stunning light and drone show and fireworks display.
Lucky guests who have pre-booked to be the first to experience a 38-minute spin in the state-of-the-art cabins can get their cameras ready for this magical sunset time slot that will be complemented by sunset beats. sun on the Plaza to really set the scene and put the guests in that long weekend atmosphere.
Day two (Friday) starts again at 2 p.m. with more entertainment throughout the day and throughout the evening, including artists from Flash Entertainment and Virgin Radio Dubai’s Regional Artist Spotlight (RAS) initiative.
RAS brings together the best musical talent under the spotlight of the biggest regional players in the entertainment industry to deliver music of all genres – think from rap to rock and everything in between. Ain Dubai will host several acts throughout the evening with the wheel and fascinating light shows providing the perfect backdrop.
