The headquarters of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc), a major landmark in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, lit up in various hues to mark Diwali, India’s festival of light, on Monday evening.

The facade of Adnoc’s headquarters illuminated in the presence of India’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Sunjay Sudhir. Appreciating the gesture, the ambassador tweeted: “You are not only part of India’s energy security but also its celebrations.”
